Every photograph on this page is from one home, a 3 BHK at Sobha Royal Pavilion on Sarjapur Road, and the first video is a full walk through it. The living and dining run as a single room under a false ceiling lined with LED strips, with a glass-shade chandelier over the dining table. The dining wall is a white crockery unit with two glass display towers in brass frames and a recessed panel holding a metal wall sculpture. The TV wall is white gloss framed by copper mosaic strips and fluted wood panels, with bubble pendants hanging in mirrored niches on either side. Beside the dining table stands a white CNC-cut pooja unit with an arched jaali canopy and a backlit mandala panel.

The kitchen is L-shaped, with glossy rose-gold and taupe shutters, a marble-pattern backsplash, a black angled chimney over a four-burner hob and a fluted amber glass wall unit. One bedroom has a blue upholstered bed against a backlit arched headboard in leaf wallpaper, and a six-door white wardrobe whose lower panels are mirrored French panes. The children’s room has a peach bunny-ear headboard set in a backlit fluted arch under cloud-shaped ceiling panels. At the entry there is a sunburst mirror on silver circle wallpaper, a white shoe bench and a black and gold striped panel beside the veneer main door.
