We are based in Sarjapura, off Varthur Road. That puts most of south and east Bangalore within a short drive, which matters when a site supervisor needs to be at your flat every day for six weeks.

Sarjapur
Our studio is in Sarjapura itself, on Varthur Road near Dommasandra Circle. The home photographed on this page is a 3 BHK at Sobha Royal Pavilion on Sarjapur Road, fitted out from the foyer to the children's room.
Varthur
Our studio is on Varthur Road at Dommasandra Circle, so a site visit in Varthur is a short drive rather than a trip across the city. The 2 BHK at Neeladri Sarovaram on this page was designed, built and handed over from there.
Whitefield
Whitefield has filled up with new apartment blocks and gated communities, and the homes there have to hold family life, a work-from-home desk and the weekend in the same rooms. We plan the storage and the light first, then the finishes, so the flat stays easy to live in and easy to keep.
Bellandur
Bellandur has newer apartment blocks and older houses side by side, and we work on both. The home photographed on this page is a 3 BHK at Sobha Royal Pavilion on Sarjapur Road, finished from the foyer to the children's room.
Haralur
Haralur has grown fast, mostly through new apartment blocks and gated communities, and the flats there are being asked to hold family life, a desk for working from home and a growing pile of belongings without looking crowded. We plan the storage and the light first, then the finishes.
HSR Layout
We have fitted out homes in HSR Layout from compact 2 BHK flats to duplexes. The video on this page walks through a 3 BHK there, and the first kitchen and bedroom photographs are from a recent project.
Koramangala
Koramangala homes are lived in hard. A flat here usually has to hold a family and a desk for work, and the owners want it finished on time and without surprises. We plan around how you live and stick to the brief.
Electronic City
Electronic City began as tech parks and has become a residential area of apartments, villas and residential communities, with new developments beside older ones. The flats run from 1 BHK to 4 BHK, and the brief is usually the same three things, a kitchen that works on a weekday morning, storage that does not show, and a desk that is not the dining table.
Bommasandra
Bommasandra has grown quickly in the last few years, with new apartment projects, villas and gated communities, and many of the homes there arrive as empty rooms. The work is making them comfortable, practical and easy to keep, which starts with storage and the kitchen rather than decoration.
Jigani
Jigani has gone from a quiet industrial locality to a place where new apartments, villa communities and independent houses are coming up in every direction. The home photographed on this page is a 5 BHK villa here, fitted out floor by floor.
Anekal
Anekal has filled up with new layouts, gated communities and independent houses, and the homes here come in every shape from a compact flat to a villa. The villa photographed on this page is a 5 BHK we handed over in Jigani, fitted out floor by floor.
Attibele
Attibele has grown quickly, and the apartments, villas and independent houses coming up here mostly need the same things, which are a clean layout, useful storage and better lighting. We design all of it in 3D first and build it from our studio in Sarjapura.
Bannerghatta
Bannerghatta has filled up with apartments, villas and gated communities, and most interior work there starts with small frustrations rather than big ambitions. The kitchen is crowded every morning, the storage is never enough, the living room looks fine but is not restful. Those are planning problems before they are decoration problems.
Bagalur
New apartments and villas are coming up all over Bagalur, and many of the families moving in want a home that looks modern but is simple enough to keep tidy. We plan the kitchen, the storage and the lighting first, in 3D, before anything is made.
Mallur
Mallur has seen steady residential growth over the last few years, and most of the new apartments, villas and independent houses here arrive with the planning still to do. What families ask for is a home that works on a weekday, not one that only looks good in a photo.
